Consultations

Consultations are one-hour sessions, though we recommend to book 90 minutes, during which we cover all aspects of a project. The consultation includes a walk-through of the space and discussion of creative ideas and spacial needs, with Caz offering design and construction information during the visit.

Full-service Interior Design

Full-service interior design involves project management, liaising with contractors and builders, and overseeing the design process from start to finish, including installation. This is a core service and convenient option as it’s a comprehensive approach to handling all aspects of a project.

Project Management

Project management services involve being the primary point of contact for all aspects of the project; compiling information about processes and updates, managing schedules and budgets, managing project timeline as well as ensuring change orders are approved before work begins.

Contracting

Contracting work involves working with a team of tradespeople specializing in renovations, remodels and additions, electrical work, plumbing, masonry and carpentry. Our contractors are highly skilled, reliable, insured and have undergone a rigorous vetting process.

Home Staging

Realtor + Seller Packages

Realtor and Seller packages are a great way to get a home ready to sell quickly. This package offering typically includes construction and contractor services like painting, floor refinishing, repairs and maintenance; finished by our expert staging designers and photographers.
